Their combined expertise facilitates our review of proposed actions from many perspectives and our recommendation of strategies that are technically and legally sound. Various approaches may be employed to obtain reasonable solutions to individual environmental problems, and our engineer/ attorneys are familiar with each of these methods.
In addition to site-specific permitting and enforcement action defense, the firm has coordinated statewide regulatory modification efforts. Hall & Associates has developed and submitted comments on proposed and existing water quality standards and permitting procedures (particularly for metals) on behalf of municipalities, industries, and municipal/ industrial coalitions in over 25 states throughout the country. Firm members have unique qualifications including advanced technical degrees, and experience in all aspects of water quality and compliance issues.
